What should I mention at my child's next check-up?

Before you rely on this
This tool cannot assess your child and is not medical advice. Unticked items do not mean something is wrong, and ticked items do not rule concerns out. Your Child Health Booklet on HealthHub has Singapore's own developmental checklists (pages 5 to 28), used at 7 recommended check-ups from 4 weeks to 4 years. If anything worries you, or your child loses a skill they had, discuss it with your doctor, polyclinic or paediatrician. List wording checked .

Is my child behind if I leave items unticked?
Not necessarily. Children reach milestones on very different schedules. Unticked items are simply good things to raise with your doctor at the next check-up.
When should I see a doctor sooner?
If your child loses a skill they used to have, or anything worries you, see your doctor, polyclinic or paediatrician soon rather than waiting for the next check-up.
